StatEL was updated to Version 2.4 on November 2009.  Registered users can download the latest update of Version 2.4 with Bland & Altman analysis, and nex post hoc tests for multiple comparisons (LSD of Fisher with corrections of Bonferroni or Sidak, HSD of Tuckey, Ryan's test, etc...).
